穿藏装
SECTION 63. Wearing Tibetan Costumes
不可以随意改变藏族的服装，不可以随意更改藏族的传统，包括穿衣、戴帽、穿鞋等。
We should alter neither Tibetan costumes nor Tibetan customs, including the way we wear clothes, hats, shoes, and so on.
当今个别藏人穿着中式服装，说是皮上衣，
Nowadays some Tibetan people wear clothes of Chinese style and claim they are leather garments.
我也不知道到底是什么，据说价格是几千块钱，
I don’t know what they are made of exactly, but was told the price is a few thousand RMB.
看上去就像皮革补丁或橡胶上涂漆一样，穿着不会暖和也不好看。
The garments look like leather patches or paint-covered rubber; they don’t look nice and won’t keep you warm.
可如今持这种恶行的人为数众多，而学善行的人少得可怜。
However, these days people who follow this nonvirtuous trend are in great number, while those who adopt virtuous actions are rare.
作为藏族人，穿藏装是非常好的，我们喇荣佛教大学四个学院，管家们也要经常检查，察看大家服饰有没有变化。
As Tibetans, it is great to wear Tibetan costumes. The discipline division of the four schools of Larung should check carefully and regularly to see if anyone’s clothes have any alteration.
我们当中，假设今天有一个人穿了一件不同的内衣，第二天就会有许多人模仿穿同样的内衣，也不知是在哪里制作的，对此也要有个标准。
Among us, if one person wears unique undergarments today, tomorrow a lot of people would be sure to copy it, but we don’t know where the clothing is made and it must be standardized.
对僧人来说，穿着各式各样的内衣是根本不如法的，你们在家人也不可以穿僧装。
In regard to monastics, it is inappropriate to wear different sorts of undergarments, and you householders are not supposed to wear monastic robes.
